How to Apply
Candidates can obtain the application form from the website http://home.cmcvellore.ac.in. One can get the application form by post from the Office of the Registrar on payment of Rs 500, also available at selected Head Post Offices throughout India. Thereafter, the completely filled application form must be submitted along with a fee of Rs 500.
Applicants can send the money by adopting any of the following methods:
- One can send it in the form of a chalan without paying any extra cost at any branch of ICICI bank in India. Please mention FC-CMC-V on the chalan.
- One can send a Demand Draft in favor of “CMC Vellore Association A/c” on any scheduled bank, payable in Vellore.
Applicant must send the DD, original payment Chalan or receipt addressed to the Office of the “Registrar, CMC, Thorapadi PO, Vellore - 632 002”. One must mention the details about his/her full postal address with pin-code, telephone number and email address, if available. No additional money, stamps or envelopes are required. The registration fees must be enclosed with the completed application form.
