Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: www.giu.ernet.in. Thereafter, the completely filled downloaded application form must be sent along with a bank draft of Rs 500 for General Class Candidates and Rs 125 for SC / BC candidates of Haryana. Application forms along with information brochure are also available for sale at counter (Registration Branch) on payment of Rs 500 for General Class Candidate and Rs 125 for SC/BC candidates of Haryana, from November 16, 2009 to December 10, 2009. One can also obtain the same by post by sending a DD of Rs 550 for for General Class Candidate and Rs 175 in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana, drawn in favor of ‘Registrar, GJUS & T, Hisar' payable at Hisar:
Note: Candidates applying for more than one department should submit separate application for each department. Reservation is applicable for SC/ST candidates as per Haryana State Govt. policy.
