Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be sent along with a DD of Rs 1100 drawn in favor of IMS Ghaziabad payable at Ghaziabad / New Delhi. Application form and information can be obtained by post by sending by sending a request for the application from along with a DD of 1150 drawn in favor of IMS Ghaziabad payable at Ghaziabad / New Delhi.
