How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form and information brochure from the website:http://www.ismdhanbad.ac.in. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application form must be sent with A/c payee DD of Rs 550 for SC / ST/PD candidates and Rs 1100 for all other categories of candidates, payable at Dhanbad drawn in favor of Registrar, I.S.M., Dhanbad. Application form and information brochure can be obtained from the I.S.M. sale counter in the office of the ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (ACADEMIC) during office hours on any working day (Monday to Friday) from January 4, 2010 to March, 5, 2010 on cash payment of non-refundable application fee of Rs 550 for SC/ST/PD candidates only and Rs 1100 for all other categories of candidates.
The same can be obtained by post by sending a postal request along with A/c payee DD of Rs 600 for SC / ST / PD candidates only and of Rs 1150 for all other categories of candidates, payable at Dhanbad, drawn in favor of the Registrar, I.S.M., Dhanbad and also with a self addressed unstamped envelope of A4 size, from the office of the ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (ACADEMIC), I.S.M. The completely filled application form should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Academic), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad-826004, Jharkhand on or before the last date mentioned.
