Interested candidates can get the application form along with information brochure from the branches of Union Bank of India, located in all regional centers of the university. One can also get the application form from the regional centers of the university, particularly those located in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Rewa, Satna and Sagar (MP). One can also obtain the information brochure from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University Head Quarter or Regional centers of the university, in person or by sending a written request for the same.
The candidate should send the Union Bank Challan of Rs 200 in person and Rs 250 for the brochure, by post, payable in favor of the Registrar, M.P. Bhoj (Open) University, at Bhopal or respective cities of Regional Centres, along with the application form.
