Punjab University in Chandigarh has issued the notification for admission into the following program offered in the new academic session 2009.
 
  • B Ed (Bachelor of Education - Regular) for Colleges of Education, situated in Chandigarh
  • B Ed (Bachelor of Education - 2 Year Correspondence Course for in-service teachers)
  • M Ed (Master of Education- Regular) for Colleges of Education, situated in Chandigarh and Punjab, affiliated to Panjab University Chandigarh

How to Apply
Candidates can obtain the application form cum prospectus available for sale form May 15, 2009 on a payment of Rs 1200 for General Class and Rs 600 for SC/ST candidates for B Ed program and Rs 1600 for General Class and Rs 800 for SC/ST candidates for M Ed program in the Post Offices at Chandigarh (Sector -14, 17, 36 and 47), Amritsar (Court Road, Head Post Office), Abohar (Old Court Road), Delhi (Gole Post Office, Cannaught Place), Dharamshala (The Mall). Hoshiarpur (Near District Courts), Kurukshetra (Near Railway Station), Ludhiana (Bharat Nagar Chowk) Mohali (Phase-1). Muktsar (Head Post Office), Panchkula (Sector-8), Sangrur (Head Post Office, Near Ghantaghar), Shimla (The Mall). One can also get the application form by post form the Manager Publication Bureau, Panjab University, Sector 14, Chandigarh on payment of Rs 1280 for General Class and Rs 680 for SC/ST for B Ed program and Rs 1680 for General Class and Rs 880 in the form of a Bank Draft drawn in favor of the Registrar Panjab University, Chandigarh, Payable at Chandigarh only.
