The downloaded application must be accompanied with a DD of Rs 300 drawn in favor of the Registrar, Sardar Patel University, payable at Anand/VallabhVidyanagar. One can also get the application and prospectus available for sale form the Room No.108 Store Section, on payment of Rs 300 in cash. The completely filled application form must be send to the Registrar, Sardar Patel University, University Road, Vallabh Vidyanagar 388 120 (Gujarat) accompanied by the required certified copies of Mark sheets and Passing Certificate of the last qualifying degree examination.
