Interested candidates can download the application form and information brochure from the university's official website: http://www.buruniv.ac.in/. Candidates using downloaded application form are compulsorily required to submit a DD of Rs 300 drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, The University of Burdwan payable at SBI, Burdwan and must enclose the DD of Rs 300 at the time submission of the application form. Candidates can obtain the application form in person or anybody on candidates' behalf from the university sales counter at Rajbati, BU on payment of Rs 300 in cash and on production of the relevant degree mark sheet (original or attested Xerox copy thereof) between 11.00 am to 1.30 pm on all university week days. Request of outstation candidates for sending application form by post must reach the Secretary, Faculty Council (Arts, etc.), The University of Burdwan, Rajbati, Burdwan-713104. Outstation candidates must enclose the attested Xerox copy of the degree mark sheet, a self addressed stamped (Rs 5) envelop and a crossed DD of Rs 300 drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, The University of Burdwan payable at SBI, Burdwan.
