Gautam Buddha University (GBU) invites applications from candidates, who want to appear in the re-scheduled Graduate Proficiency Test (GPT) conducted by it, for the academic year 2010. Through the test, the University offers admission in various programs of technological field at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. Located on 511 acres of land, Gautam Buddha University was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2008. It is a public university known for its postgraduate and doctoral programs. The University has currently four schools in the field of management, Information and Communication Technology, Biotechnology and Humanities and Social Sciences.

How to apply
The application forms can be downloaded by the candidates from the University’s official website - www.gbu.ac.in. Apart from that, candidates can also obtaine the application forms by depositing Rs 1400 in cash or by drawing a DD of Rs 1400 (for general/OBC candidates) and Rs 700 (for SC/ST candidates), drawn in favor of the “Chairperson, Admissions, Gautam Buddha University”. If the application forms are requested via post, then the candidates can obtain the form with an additional amount of Rs 100 from the Admission Office, Administrative Building, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida-201 308, Gautam Budh Nagar.
