Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, has announced the date of PhD Entrance Test 2010, also known as PET.It is an entrance test conducted for admission into the PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme, offered in the upcoming session 2010.

April 30, 2010 (Candidates who have qualified GATE/SET/NET/JRF examinations are exempted from appearing for the written examinations (Paper I & II). They are eligible for personal interview at the respective Research & Recognition Committee)

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply in the ONLINE application form available in the website:http://www.bamu.net. Thereafter, the hard copy of the completely filled online application form must be submitted along with the essential enclosures and a DD of Rs 300 for General Category candidates and Rs 200 for SC/ST Category, drawn in favor of the “Registrar, Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad” in the address given below on or before the last date mentioned. Candidate must send above documents in an envelope of size 36 cm x 25 cm candidate must paste the cover page given along with the application form on the envelope. Candidates can also submit PET Examination form personally (by hand) to the Deputy Registrar, Ph.D. Section, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
