RIE Mysore Admission 2010

Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Mysore, Karnataka, a constituent unit of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, has invited applications for admission into the following programmes, offered in the upcoming session 2010.
 
Courses
  • 4 Year Integrated B.Sc.Ed (Eight Semesters)
  • 4 Year Integrated B.A.Ed (Eight Semesters)
  • 6 year Integrated M.Sc.Ed (Twelve Semesters) in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
  • One Year M.Ed (Two Semesters)
  • M.Phil* and Ph.D
Note: Candidates who are interested in pursuing M.Phil and Ph.D may send their request to Principal, RIE, Mysore for procuring the prescribed application form by July 15, 2010. (*subject to approval)

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: www.riemysore.ac.in. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application form must be submitted along with a DD of Rs 250 for General Category Candidates and Rs150 for SC/ST Candidates. Application form can also be obtained by post by sending a postal request accompanied with a DD of Rs 250 for General Category Candidates and Rs 150 for SC/ST Candidates, drawn in favor of Principal, RIE Mysore, payable at Mysore, along with self addressed envelope of size 26cm X 12cm bearing a stamp for Rs 10. The duly filled application along with the essential enclosures should be sent to Asst. Programme Co-ordinator (Academic), Regional Institute of Education, Mysore-570006, on or before the last date mentioned.
