Sardar Patel University (SPU) in Gujarat has issued the notification for the PG medical courses entrance exam 2010. The entrance test would be conducted at Pramukhswami Medical College, for admission into the following post graduate (PG) medical courses, offered in the upcoming session 2010.
 
Post Graduate Courses
Three Year Degree Courses (MD/MS): General Medicine, General Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Radio-diagnosis, Community Medicine, Obst. & Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dermatology Venereology & Leprosy, TB & Respiratory Diseases, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology and *Biochemistry (*subject to MCI clearance)
 
Two Year Diploma Courses: Anaesthesiology, Radio-diagnosis, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Obst. & Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Pathology, Dermatology Venereology & Leprosy, TB & Respiratory Diseases, Microbiology
 
Two Year M Sc (Medical) Courses: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Microbiology

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: http://charutarhealth.org/. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted along with a fee in cash or in the form DD of Rs 2000 drawn in favor of “Charutar Arogya Mandal (PG)” payable on any nationalized bank at Anand. Application form along with the prospectus can also be obtained in person or by post from Dean’s Office, against a payment of Rs 2000 in cash or DD drawn in the name of “Charutar Arogya Mandal (PG)” payable on any nationalized bank at Anand. For more details about the admission and application procedure applicants are requested to visit the aforementioned website.
 
Note: 15% of seats will be filled by NRI / NRI sponsored students in conformity with the judgment of the Supreme Court. Candidates interested to apply against this category may do so through a separate application.
