TIFR Mumbai Visiting Students' Research Programme Admission 2011

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, Maharashtra, has invited applications for admission into the following disciplines of Visiting Students' Research programme (VSRP), to be offered in the ensuing session 2011. The programme will be held from May 16, 2011 to July 8, 2011. TIFR was founded in June 1945 by an Indian Scientist Dr. Homi Bhabha. TIFR was declared as a Deemed University by University Grants Commission (UGC) in May 2002.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute's official website: http://www.tifr.res.in/~vsrp/. Candidates can obtain the same through post by sending a request along with a self addressed stamped (Rs 10) envelope (25 cm * 17 cm) to the Assistant Registrar (Academic), University Cell, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Homi Bhabha Road, Colaba, Mumbai 400 005. Candidates obtaining the application form through post must write, VSRP-2011, on top of the envelope containing the request for application form. For further details, candidates can visit the institute's aforementioned website.
