Interested candidates are requested to submit the application form available in the website: www.vyapam.nic.in or www.mponline.gov.in. In case of online submission the examination fee is to be paid either credit card or cash payment. Online submission of Application form can be done from out side the state also where fees can be deposited online from any of the branches of State Bank of India in any of the following SBI accounts (1) 31078277712 (2) 31078479106 (3) 31078479605. An additional amount of Rs 25 will be charged as Bank service charges.
