West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) declared its results. The council has declared the following examination results Diploma Examination, Diploma in HMCT Examination 2009, JEXPO Examination 2009, Lateral Entry (Vocational) VOCLET 2009, POLY - 40 Examination 2009, Diploma in Pharmacy Course 2009 merit list, Diploma in MOPM Course 2009 merit list, CET2009 results, Result of Safety Engineering 2008, Siliguri & Darjeeling Polytechnic 2009 merit list.
The council was set up an objective to offer technical training and education to all the urban boys and girls. It encourages the Higher Secondary and Madhyamik passed students to go ahead with technical job oriented courses.
