Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following courses, to be offered in the upcoming session 2011. The courses are being offered in the State Institute of Nursing & Para Medical Sciences, Badal, Distt. Muktsar, which is an affiliated college of the University.
Courses Offered:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2 years course) - (for boys and girls)
- Diploma in Radiography (2 years course) - (for boys and girls)

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form from the institute’s office. The prescribed application form can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://bfuhs.ac.in/. (Photocopy of the form is also acceptable). The application fee is Rs 200 (Rs 100 for SC/ST candidates) which should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Principal, State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences, of Central Bank of India or Punjab & Sind Bank, payable at Badal or Punjab National Bank payable at Lambi.
Duly filled in and completed application form, along with the DD and other requisite enclosures (list given on the website), should be submitted by hand or sent (through Registered post) to the office of the Principal, State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences, VPO Badal, District - Muktsar (Punjab) latest by November 17, 2011 (till 5.00 pm). For any further details regarding admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the University’s abovementioned official website.
Note: Candidates must note that they should send separate applications for each course if they want to apply for more than one course.
