Calcutta University PhD Programme in Applied Psychology Course 2011 Admission

University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme in Applied Psychology course, to be offered in upcoming session 2011. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written entrance exam followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the University.
 
Note: Candidates who have already passed UGC (JRF) examination/NET/SET/SLET/Teacher Fellowship or equivalent examinations or passed the M Phil in Psychology or equivalent examinations are exempted from appearing in the written examination and can directly appear for the interview.

The written entrance exam will be conducted on December 1, 2011.

How to apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form from the Department of Applied Psychology by paying Rs 100 through a challan (obtainable from Cash Counter in Raja bazaar Science College Campus and College Street Campus). The duly filled in and completed application form should be submitted to the office of the Head of the Department from October 17, 2011 to November 14, 2011.
