Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Goa, has invited applications for admission into Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of score obtained in Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Admission Test 2012, popularly known as XAT, or Common Management Admission Test 2012, also called CMAT, conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. XAT 2012 and CMAT 2012 are scheduled to be held on the dates mentioned below. Final selection of the candidates will be made on the performance in XAT 2012 / CMAT 2012, past academic records, and work experience, followed by face-to-face evaluation process.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of Goa Institute of Management: http://www.gim.ac.in/. Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 1650, through any of the two payment modes – either through online payment using Debit / Credit Card or payment in the form of Demand Draft / Cash / Cheque at designated IMS coaching centers (list given on the website).
While applying through the online mode, one has to enter the XAT 2012 or CMAT 2012 ID. Thereafter, candidates can pay online by Debit Card / Credit Card. After completing the registration, candidates will receive a conformation mail on their Email ID.
Through the second mode of payment, candidates can pay by Demand Draft / Cash / Cheque at the notified centres of IMS Coaching Institutes. The DD should be drawn in favor of Goa Institute of Management, payable at Panaji (or Panjim). In case one is paying through Cheque, it should be written in favor of Goa Institute of Management.
Printed copy of Payment Advice and DD / copy of coaching centre receipt should be submitted to the Admissions Office, Goa Institute of Management, Ribandar, Goa - 403006, by courier / registered post / speed post. Candidates must write their name and XAT/CMAT ID on the reverse side of the DD/Coaching centre receipt.
