Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan Announces CPSST 2011

Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (RSS), New Delhi, has invited applications for Combined Pre Shiksha Shastri (B Ed entrance) Test 2011, popularly known as CPSST. CPSST 2011 is scheduled to be held on the date mentioned below. Candidates who have passed Shastri/BA (Sanskrit) under 10+2+3 pattern are eligible to apply for the test. Applicants who have passed Acharya/MA (Sanskrit) are also eligible to apply. Those candidates who have passed two year degree course of Shastri/BA (Sanskrit) followed by pass either in bridge Course Setu examination or in I Year of Acharya/MA (Sanskrit) exam can also apply for the test.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can obtain the information booklet cum application form from various campuses of Sansthan, the campuses of two universities (list available at: http://www.sanskrit.nic.in/Cpsst2011-12.pdf). Candidates can also obtain the application form in person from the Sansthan Head Office, New Delhi, by paying Rs 500. One can also obtain the same through post by sending a crossed DD of Rs 550 drawn in favor of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan payable at SBI, Delhi cantt, New Delhi. The duly filled applications forms along with all the required documents should be submitted to the Deputy Registrar (Examinations), Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, 56-57, Institutional Area, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058.
