UP Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications for Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test 2011, popularly known as UPCMET. UPCMET 2011 is scheduled to be held on the date mentioned below for admissions into Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, to be offered in non-minority unaided medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh in the ensuing session 2011.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can obtain the information brochure and application form from selected branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce (details of selected branches available at the official website: www.upumcwa.org) by paying Rs 1000 in cash. Candidates can also obtain the application forms through post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs 1050 drawn in favor of UPUMCWA, Bareilly along with two self addressed stickers. Candidates desirous to obtain application forms through post are required to send the Bank Draft and other documents to the Coordinator UPCMET, I Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Bareilly, UP-243001 on or before April 23, 2011.
