Association of Private Dental and Medical College of Madhya Pradesh (APDMC Bhopal) has invited applications from eligible candidates for Pre-PG-DMAT 2012. Pre-PG-DMAT is an all India level entrance test being conducted by APDMC for admission into MD (Doctor of Medicine) / MS (Master of Surgery) / MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) degree programmes, to be offered at the below motioned MCI (Medical Council of India) / DCI (Dental Council of India) approved private medical and dental colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form from DMAT office and the abovementioned member colleges by paying an application fee of Rs 1500 either in the form of Demand Draft (DD) or cash. DD should be drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of APDMC, payable at Bhopal. In addition, the application form can also be obtained by post on sending a DD of Rs 1600 to the Office of the Association of Private Dental & Medical, Colleges of Madhya Pradesh, DMAT Office, E-2/51, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462 016. Application forms can also be downloaded from the official website of APDMC: http://www.apdmcmp.com/.
The duly filled-in application form complete in all respect along with a DD of Rs 1000 (examination fee) should be sent to the Office of the Association of Private Dental & Medical, Colleges of Madhya Pradesh, DMAT Office, E-2/51, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462 016, on or before January 1, 2013. In case of downloaded form, candidates should attach a DD of Rs 2500 drawn in favor of APDMC, payable at Bhopal, along with the printout of the application form.
