The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Mumbai, has invited applications from eligible candidates to register for Maharashtra Super Speciality Entrance Test 2012, also known as MH-SSET. MH-SSET 2012 is being conducted in order to select eligible candidates for admission into Medical Postgraduate Super-speciality courses like DM (Doctor of Medicine) / M Ch (Master of Surgery), to be offered at Government / Corporation Medical Institutions in the state of Maharashtra, for the ensuing academic session 2012-13. Final selection will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, followed by counseling, to be conducted by the Directorate.

MH-SSET 2012 is scheduled to be held on June 3, 2012.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form as well as Information Brochure against a payment of Rs 4000 (in the form of DD / Pay Order including examination fee). The DD/Pay Order of the prescribed amount should be drawn on any Scheduled Commercial Bank in favour of Director, Medical Education & Research, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai. The forms can be obtained in person from the following centers by submitting the DD/Pay Order:

The duly filled-in application forms should be submitted to the same centers mentioned above latest by May 25, 2012, in person only. Candidates must bring all original documents for verification at the time of submission of the application form.
