Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat, has invited applications from eligible candidates for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test 2012, also known as GPAT. It is an All-India Entrance Test, conducted by Maharaja Sayajirao University under the auspices of National Monitoring Committee, All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, for admission into Master’s Programme in Pharmacy (M Pharm) and also for awarding fellowships / scholarships to pharmacy graduate along with engineering graduates.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online only by registering themselves onto the official website of GPAT: http://www.gpat.in/new.html/. In addition, one can directly register himself/herself on the given link: http://14.139.121.104:8080/. Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for SC/ST candidates) through the “Bank Challan”. One can download the “Bank Challan”, by visiting the abovementioned official website of GPAT. After filling up all the details, candidates should download the PDF copy of the completed application form. Once the application form is downloaded, one will get the “Application Form” and “Address Slip”.
 
Applicants have to print out “Application Form” and “Address Slip” and put neat and clean signature with Black Pen in the space provided on the application form and paste the address slip on an A4 size envelope. Keep the ‘Signed Application form’, ‘GPAT copy’ of the bank Challan and a passport-size photograph in that A4 Size envelope and send it to ‘GPAT Office, The M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat', on or before February 27, 2012 (up to 5:00 pm).
