Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi), New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following disciplines of B Tech (Bachelor of Technology) programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. Admission of the candidates from Delhi will be made on the basis of their performance in the entrance test, followed by counseling, to be conducted by the Institute. However, candidates from outside Delhi do not have to appear in the entrance test, but they have to submit the online application form. Admission decision for outside Delhi candidates who satisfy eligibility criteria given below will be based on the score obtained by giving 50% weight to the AIEEE test (if some candidate has given both Paper I or Paper II, then best of the two may be considered) and 50% weight to the aggregate of class 12th marks.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling in the online application form made available on the Institute's official website: http://www.iiitd.ac.in/ or http://www.iiitd.ac.in/admission/btech/2012. The direct link for online application form is: http://119.226.214.30/IIITD/IIITD-JAN-2012/. The registration fee is Rs 525 (Rs 500 + Rs 25 bank charges) for candidates from Delhi and Rs 275 (Rs 250 + Rs 25 Bank Charges), which is to be paid by remitting Challan (downloadable from Institute's website) at any branch of HDFC Bank. After successfully submitting online application form, one must take a printout of the same. The printout of the submitted online application, along with Institute's copy of Challan, should be sent to the below mentioned address, latest by June 10, 2012.
