National Institute of Pharmaceuticals Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali, Punjab, has invited applications from eligible candidates to register for NIPER Joint Entrance Examination 2012, also known as NIPER-JEE. NIPER-JEE 2012 is a common entrance test to select eligible candidates for admission into the following pharmacy post graduate courses in NIPER's Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Rae Barelli and SAS Nagar campuses. However, final selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the entrance test, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), to be conducted by the Institute.
Date of Exam
NIPER-JEE 2012 is scheduled to be held on July 1, 2012 (from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon)
Test Centers
The test shall be conducted at the following centres: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune and Trivandrum.
Note: The centres may be altered if sufficient number of candidates do not register for a particular centre.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling in the online application form made available on the Institute's official website: http://www.niper.gov.in/ or direct link: http://www.niper.gov.in/niperjee2012.html. However, before registration, applicants shall have to remit registration fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500 for SC/ST) through online transfer to Account Number 65116506648 (NIPER Net Banking Account) of State Bank of Patiala, NIPER Campus Branch, Sector- 67, Mohali (Branch Code No. 51018; IFSC No. STBP0001018). Applicants can also deposit registration fee in the above account number in any branch of State Bank of Patiala in India. Applicants shall have to fill up all items given in the online registration form (including Bank Transaction No./UTR No./Journal No. and date of online payment made for Rs 1000 / Rs 500), upload soft copy of recent photograph and scanned signatures, submit form, and take printout of the Registration slip (incomplete forms or forms which are not properly submitted will not be accepted). The duly signed (at the appropriate space) and acknowledged hard copy of the registration slip, along with all requisite enclosures (details given on the website), should be sent to Organizing Chairperson, NIPER Joint Entrance Examination 2012, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, (NIPER), Sector 67, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, 160062, (through speed post/registered post), latest by June 20, 2012.
