National Institute of Nursing Education, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following B Sc (Bachelor of Science) Nursing / M Sc (Master of Science) Nursing programmes, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission to the courses will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the Institute’s official website.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the Institute’s official website: http://pgimer.nic.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://pgimer.nic.in/code/pdf/appfrmnine0712.pdf. The application fee is Rs 1000 (for General / OBC candidates) and Rs 800 (for SC / ST candidates) which is to be paid in the form of Bank Draft preferably from any SBI Branch payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch Code No. 1524, drawn in favor of Director, PGI, Chandigarh.
However, prospectus and application form can also be obtained in person from the office of the Principal, National Institute of Nursing Education, PGIMER, Chandigarh - 160 012 on cash payment of prescribed amount [from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon & from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on all working days except Saturdays (on Saturdays, forms will be available from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon)] or through post for which the request must be accompanied with a self-addressed thick envelope of size 23 cm x 10 cm bearing postage stamps of Rs 50 and Bank Draft of prescribed amount.
The duly filled in and completed application form along with all requisite documents and Bank Draft (in case of downloaded application) should be sent to the Principal of NINE PGI, Chandigarh, latest by the last date(s) mentioned below. - Prospectus / form purchased for SC / ST category shall not be entertained in General Category
