Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) (Deemed University), Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, has issued the notification for All India Common Entrance Test 2012, also known as AICET. The test is being conducted by the Institute, in order to select eligible candidates for admission into the following UG (under graduate) courses, to be offered in the upcoming academic session 2012-13.
Courses Offered:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
Date of Exam
PIMA-AICET-UG is scheduled to be conducted on April 28, 2012.
Test Centers
The test will be conducted at the following centers: Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Kochi, Delhi, Pune, Indore, Nagpur, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Surat and Bhopal
Note:
- The University reserves the right to change or cancel any test centre. In such a case, concerned candidates will be informed accordingly.
- In addition, the address of examination centre assigned to the candidate will be given in the Hall Ticket. Candidates are notified that no request for change of centre mentioned in the application form will be entertained.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form and prospectus through any of the following modes:
(1) In person: To obtain the prospectus and application form from the University Admissions Office on payment of Rs 500.
(2) Through Post: To get prospectus and application, one must send a requisition for the same along with a DD of Rs 700 (Rs 500 for prospectus and Rs 200 towards postal charges). The DD should be drawn in the name of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni, payable at Pune. The requisition for prospectus and application form should be sent to the following address:
