Periyar Maniammai University (PMU), Vallam, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following programmes, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in Periyar Maniammai University Entrance Test 2012, also known as PMUET, to be conducted by the University.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form from the University or from its information centers. Prescribed applications can also be downloaded from the University's official website: http://www.pmu.edu/. The application fee for various programmes is as follows:

Application Fee:
  • For B Arch / B Tech / M Sc (Software Engineering) - Rs 500 (Rs 400 for SC / ST candidates)
  • For M Tech / MCA / MBA - Rs 750 (Rs 500 for SC / ST candidates)
  • For other programmes - Rs 200 (Rs 100 for SC / ST candidates)
  • For M Phil / PhD programmes - Rs 1000
Application fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of the Registrar, Periyar Maniammai University, payable at Thanjavur. The duly filled in and completed application form along with all requisite enclosure documents should be submitted latest by the last date(s) mentioned below.
