The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BOSER) has been constituted under the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act 1957. Initially, this Board was set up in Jaipur on 4th December, 1957; however, it was shifted to Ajmer in 1961. In the year 1973, it began functioning at its present multi-storey building with an enchanting dignity of its own, with all amenities. The Board is responsible for maintaining good standard of education in the state.
