SVIMS Tirupati M Ch CTV Surgery Course 2012 Admission

Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into M Ch CTV surgery course, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance examination, followed by counseling, to be conducted by the Institute.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form as well as the prospectus, made available on the Institute’s official website: http://svimstpt.ap.nic.in. The direct link to download the application form is: http://svimstpt.ap.nic.in/admissions_files/MCh%20CTV%20Surgery%20Application.pdf. The application fee is Rs 1600 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of “The Director, SVIMS, Tirupati”. The duly filled-in and completed application form along with all necessary documents (detailed list given on the website) should be submitted in person or sent through Registered Post, to The Controller of Examinations, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences Alipiri Road, Tirupati – 517 507, latest by August 16, 2012 (till 5.00 pm).
