Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, Uttarkhand, has announced the date of Common Law Admission Test 2012, popularly known as UTU - CLAT. The entrance test is being conducted for admission into various undergraduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) programmes, such as BA LLB, BBA LLB (5 years) LLB (3 years) and LLM (2 years), to be offered in the below mentioned constituent institutes, in the ensuing session 2012. Selection for admission into the mentioned programmes will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the entrance test, followed by an interview, to be conducted by the University.

How to Apply:
Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form and information brochure from the University’s official website: http://www.uktech.ac.in/law. Candidates are required to obtain a Demand Draft of Rs 1500 (Rs 1000 for SC/ST candidates), drawn in favor of “Finance Controller UTU” payable at Dehradun. The duly filled-in application form along with the DD should be sent to “Registrar UTU, Govt. Girls Polytechnic, Chandanwari, Siddhowwala, Prem Nagar, Dehradun – 248007” latest by May 5, 2012.
Candidates can also apply online by following the necessary instructions available on the official website of the University: http://www.uktech.ac.in/. Before applying online, one should obtain a DD of Rs 1500 (Rs 1000 for SC/ST candidates) as mentioned above.
