In addition, candidates can obtain the application form by sending a request letter containing the details of name, address, and contact number, along with a self addressed A4 sized thick envelope, with a postage stamp of Rs 50, to the Admission Cell, Azim Premji University, PES School of Engineering Campus, Pixel Park, B Block, Electronics City, Hosur Road (Beside NICE Road), Bangalore - 560100. The last date of obtaining application form through post is January 30, 2013. Last date of submitting the duly filled in and completed application form is February 8, 2013.
