Council of Architecture Announces NATA 2013

Council of Architecture, an autonomous Statutory Body of Government of India (constituted under the Architects Act, 1972), has invited applications for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2013. The test is actually an aptitude test required for admissions to 1st year of 5 year B Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) degree course at all institutes / schools / colleges of Architecture in India (including Govt., Government-aided, Private Unaided, University Departments, Deemed Universities, etc.), offering courses, leading to Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Date of Exam
NATA test shall commence from March 20, 2013 and can be given on any working day until further communication at the designated Test Centres. However, some test centres may open late or stop conducting tests even before this date.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the NATA information brochure (including Registration form) from the designated branches of ICICI Bank Ltd. on payment of Rs 1000 (which includes NATA test fees). List of designated bank branches is given in the website: The duly filled in and completed registration form should be submitted to the test centre where a candidate want to take the test. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis; therefore, candidates are advised to register well in advance to get the candidate's preferred test date. For any further queries regarding the test and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the aforementioned official website.
