About ICSI
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the organization to develop and regulate the profession of company secretaries in India. The Institute is headquarted at New Delhi and has four regional offices at New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai. The candidate qualifying the institute exam is qualified with Company Secretary Degree. The executive programme is for graduate students and the professional programme is for candidates who have cleared the executive programme.
