The duly filled in hard copy of the downloaded form, complete in all respect, along with supported documents (as mentioned in the prospectus) should be sent to Joint Secretary (Training), Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, Block-4, 3rd Floor, Old JNU Campus, New Delhi - 110 067, latest by January 21, 2013.
