National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, located in Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) and Fellow (Doctoral) Programme, to be offered in the upcoming session 2013. The selection of the candidates to PGDIE programme will be done on the basis of their GATE ranks and performances in group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI), to be conducted by the Institute. However, for Fellow (Doctoral) programme, candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test and other admission procedures, to be conducted by the Institute.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply online by filling in the online application form made available on Institute's official website: http://www.nitie.edu/. The application fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for SC / ST / PD candidates), which is to be paid in through challan (downloadable from NITIE website). The challan can be remitted at any branch of State Bank of India. However, online fee payment is also available for SBI Account holders through I-Collect facility on paying bank charges of Rs 10. After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take printout of the same. The duly signed hard copy of the filled-in online application along with Institute's copy of the bank challan and other requisite enclosure documents should be submitted latest by April 5, 2013.
