The e-admit card for the Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2013 is available for download from 28 April to May 26, 2013. One can download the e-admit card form the official website of UPSC: http://www.upsc.gov.in/
All those candidates who will appear for the Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2013 can download the e-admit by logging into the abovementioned website. To get the e-admit one must either select from REGISTRATION ID or ROLL NO. Thereafter, one must enter their REGISTRATION ID in the box provided, select the Date of Birth (DD/MM/YY) and ENTER THE CHARACTERS (as shown in the image below) in the box provided and CLICK into the SUBIT button in the direct link given below:

The Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services Examination 2013 will be conducted on 26 May 2013 by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for selection of candidates for the Civil Services Main Examination.
