Interested candidates can download the applicationform and prospectus frominstitute website www.aiipmr.gov.in. Thereafter, the completely filled application form must be send along with a DD drawn in favor of “Director, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai-34, payable at Mumbai. Onecan obtain the application form and prospectus from Academic Section of the Institute, against a DD of Rs 500 available for sale from 9.00 am and 1.00 pm from Monday to Friday.Application form and prospectus can also be obtained by post by sending a request for the application form accompanied with a DD of Rs 500 and self addressed envelope of size 23 cms X 11.5 cms fixing postage stamp of Rs 32 , superscribed in the envelop Application: MOTh/DR(OT) or MPTh/DR (PT) Course 2009 - 2010. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
