Thereafter, the completely filled application form along with a DD of Rs 500 drawn in favor of Director, CFTRI, Mysore must be sent to the Director, CFTRI, Mysore - 570020 on or before the last date mentioned. The institute will not bear any responsibility for any sort of postal delay or non receipt of the application form.
