One can get the application form and prospectus from the office of the Director, University Centre for Distance Learning, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa-125000 (Haryana), in person against a cash payment of Rs 200 for General Class Candidates and Rs 50 for SC/BC of Haryana, at counter.Application form and prospectuscan be obtained by post by sending a postal request along with a DD of Rs 250 for General Class Candidates and Rs 100 for SC/BC of Haryana) through crossed DD drawn in favor of Registrar, Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa payable at Sirsa (Haryana).
