How to Apply
Interested candidate can obtain the application form cum information brochure from the office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, against a Bank Draft/ Banker‘s Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of ‘Registrar, University of Delhi' payable at Delhi in the prescribed manner.
- By hand on payment of Rs 550 available from February 27 2009 to April 2 2009, between 10.00 am to 03.00 pm on all working days.
- By post paying Rs 600 available from March 17 2009, accompanied by a self addressed envelop measuring upto 10 X 8.
One can also obtain the application form cum information brochure, in person, only from the following institutes - Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College and University College of Medical Sciences. In any case, the information brochure cannot be obtained against cash payment.
