Interested candidates can obtain the application form and website: http://www.gitam.edu. Thereafter, the duly filled application form along with a DD of Rs 1000 drawn in favor of GIIB- GITAM, payable at Visakhapatnam and essential enclosures must be send addressed to GITAM University, Gandhi Nagar, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530 045, Andhra Pradesh, India. One can get the application form and information brochure in person against a cash payment of Rs 1000. Application form and prospectus can also be obtained by post by sending a request for the application form along with a DD of Rs 1100.
