Interested candidates can obtain the application form and information brochure from the Office of the Dean, College of Vety Science, GADVASU, Ludhiana- 141 004 by post by sending a postal request to accompanied with a crossed bank draft for Rs 950 drawn in favor of the Comptroller, GADVASU, Ludhiana and payable at any scheduled bank at Ludhiana. Application form and information brochure can also be obtained in person against a cash payment of Rs 900 from the Office of the Dean, College of Vety Science, GADVASU, Ludhiana from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on all working days.
