Himachal Pradesh University has announced the date of HP Combined Pre-Medical Entrance Test (HPCMT) 2009. HPCPMT entrance exam is conducted for admission into the various government as well as private medical and dental institutes/colleges of the state.

How to Apply
Candidate can obtain the application form cum information brochure by making a cash payment of Rs 1000 for the General Class and other candidates, Rs 500 for SC/ST candidates and NRI candidates will have to pay US $ 40 or equivalent in Rupees at the University Exam Enquiry-cum-Sale Counter, Library Building (Basement), Summer Hill, Shimla-5, available from April 6 2009 to April 30 2009 on all the working days. It can also be obtained by post, sending a request for the prospectus addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Entrance Tests), H P University, Summer Hlll, Shimla-171 005, along with a crossed IPOs/Bank Draft of Rs.1050 in case of General & other candidates, Rs 550 for SC/ST candidates and for NRIs an amount of US $ 50 or equivalent in Rupees drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, H P University, Shimla.
Candidates are requested that while applying for supply of prospectus by post, he/she must write HP-CPMET-2009 Prospectus is required and complete his/her mailing address in capital letters along with telephone number. In case of NRI candidates (Foreign Students) will have to send their completely filled applications form direct to the Principal of the concerned college/institute latest by June 1 2009. Only those candidates who have attained the age of 17 years and must not compete 25 years of age on December 31 2009 are considered to be eligible.
