How to Apply
For the interested candidates there are two options available to apply for the entrance examination either Online or Online assisted mode. In case of the online mode the applicant will have to log into http://www.hsee.iitm.ac.in and select from the menu application procedure and follow the instructions provided in the site. Thereafter, enter all the data in the space provided as per the instructions and pay the examination fees, giving the details of the credit or debit card in a secure way.While paying the fees through online mode it is essential to have a access to any of the following credit or debit cards - Master Card, Visa card, Diners club, net banking facilities of Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Citibank along with Oxicash, ITZ Cash card, etc. Next, the candidate will have to take out a print out of the duly filled application form, and affix a photo in the space provided. It is essential to have the sign of the candidate and their father / guardian at the bottom of the declaration. The printed application form along with the attested copies of the certificates must be put inside an A4 size envelope send to The Chairman, HSEE2009, JEE Office, IIT Madras, Chennai 600036, either by Speed Post or Registered Post.
In case, of the second option of online assisted mode, applicants can obtain the application form cum information brochure by making a payment of Rs 50 at any office of Eduquity Career Technologies or any branch of Union Bank of India or Indian Bank. The completely filled application form affixed with the recent passport size photograph of the applicant, accompanied by attested copies of age proof (X or XII standard certificate) and category certificate (SC / ST / OBC / if appropriate). It is essential to have the signatures of the applicant and their father/guardian at the bottom of the declaration. Thereafter, the candidate must submit it in any of offices of Eduquity Career Technologies or selected branch of Union Bank of India or Indian bank. They will receive the cash (examination fees) and give a print of receipt, which is an acknowledgment for the application and also for the cash received.
