Interested candidates can download the application form IGNOU’s www.ignou.ac.in. Thereafter, the completely filled downloaded form must be accompanied with an amount of Rs 250 (program fee). One can also obtain the application form in person by paying Rs 200 in cash form IGNOU Head Quarters or by sending a DD of Rs 250 drawn in favor of IGNOU, New Delhi at Dr. Lalita S.
