Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be sent along with a DD of Rs 500 drawn in favor of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad. One can also get the application form by post, by sending request for the application form along with a DD Rs 500 payable at Ahmedabad.
