One can also get the application form by post by sending a request for the application form from Administrative Officer (Fellow Programmes and Research), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata 700 104, along with the list of following essential enclosures
i) crossed DD of Rs 300 drawn in favor of “Indian Institute of Management Calcutta” on a bank in Kolkata
ii) a self-addressed unstamped envelope of 9”x12”size
iii) desired area(s) of specialization, (Maximum Two)
iv) a printed self-addressed sticker. No fee is charged from SC/ST applicants but they must send a photocopy of their SC/ST certificates.
