One can get the application form and information brochure in person from the Reception Counter of IISWBM against a cash payment of Rs 1000 or against a Bank Draft of Rs 1075 payable on any Bank at Kolkata in favor of the Institute. For candidates belonging to SC / ST category, the amount is Rs 500 only and with postal delivery Rs 575 only.
