The downloaded application form must be submitted with alongwith a bank draft of Rs 1200 or General/OBC category and Rs 1000 for SC/ST category candidates, drawn in favor of ICAR, Unit IVRI, IZATNAGAR payable at State Bank of India, CARI Branch (Code No. 7027), Bareilly as detailed below. One can also obtain the information bulletin and application form from the Assistant Administrative Officer (Acad.) IVRI, Izatnagar, Bareilly (U.P) 243 122 by submitting a bank draft of Rs 1200 for General/OBC category and Rs 1000 for SC/ST category candidates drawn in favor of ICAR, Unit IVRI, IZATNAGAR payable at State Bank of India, CARI Branch (Code No. 7027), Bareilly. Thereafter, the completely filled application from along with the essential enclosures as mentioned in the information brochure must reach the Assistant Administrative Officer (Academic), IVRI, Izatnagar, Bareilley - 243 122 on or before the last date mentioned.
